Dernière mise à jour : 26 juin 2026La présente politique décrit comment l'application Dashk (« l'Application »), éditée par ZAMOURI Adam (« nous »), traite vos données lorsque vous utilisez l'Application.
Dashk est une dashcam. L'enregistrement vidéo (avec son) et la position GPS servent exclusivement à produire et horodater vos clips de trajet. Ces enregistrements vidéo, audio et de localisation sont stockés localement sur votre appareil (mémoire interne de l'app puis galerie Movies/DashCamPhone/). Nous ne les transférons pas, ne les consultons pas et ne les stockons pas sur nos serveurs.

L'enregistrement ne démarre jamais à votre insu : il est lancé par vous (bouton dans l'app, commande vocale) ou, en détection automatique, après que vous ayez tapé une notification explicite. Une notification persistante reste affichée pendant toute la durée de l'enregistrement.
L'Application s'utilise sans création de compte. Vous pouvez toutefois choisir de vous connecter avec votre compte Google (connexion optionnelle), notamment pour rattacher vos droits Premium à votre compte. Les données qui quittent votre appareil sont les suivantes :
a) Retour / feedback
Lorsque vous utilisez la fonction de feedback, nous transmettons à Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) : le texte de votre message, le modèle de votre appareil, votre version d'Android, la version de l'Application et la date d'envoi. Ces données nous servent à corriger les bugs et améliorer l'Application.
b) Statistiques d'utilisation
L'Application utilise Google Firebase Analytics pour mesurer l'usage (écrans consultés, événements techniques, identifiants d'app / appareil). Ces données sont agrégées et servent à améliorer l'Application.
c) Publicité
L'Application affiche des publicités via Google AdMob, qui peut traiter votre identifiant publicitaire et des données techniques afin de diffuser des annonces.

d) Achat Premium
Tout achat est traité par Google Play Billing. Nous ne recevons ni ne stockons vos informations de paiement. La validité de votre achat est vérifiée via Google Play au moment de l'achat afin de débloquer les fonctionnalités Premium.
e) Connexion Google (optionnelle)
Si vous choisissez de vous connecter avec Google, nous traitons via Firebase Authentication : votre adresse e-mail Google, le nom de votre compte, votre identifiant de compte Google (UID Firebase) et le statut Premium associé à votre compte. Cette connexion est facultative ; elle sert uniquement à identifier votre compte et à y rattacher vos droits Premium.
Nous ne vendons pas vos données. Elles ne sont partagées qu'avec les sous-traitants techniques ci-dessus (Google Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Google AdMob, Google Play / vérification d'achat) dans les seules finalités décrites, et avec les autorités si la loi l'exige.
Conformément au RGPD et aux lois applicables, vous disposez d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement, de limitation et d'opposition. Pour l'exercer, écrivez à dashk.contact@gmail.com. Vous pouvez aussi réinitialiser ou désactiver votre identifiant publicitaire dans les réglages Android.
Vous pouvez notamment obtenir la suppression de votre compte et des données associées (e-mail, nom, identifiant de compte, statut Premium) de deux façons : directement depuis l'Application, ou en nous en faisant la demande par e-mail à dashk.contact@gmail.com (nous procédons alors à la suppression après vérification de votre demande).
L'Application ne s'adresse pas aux enfants de moins de 13 ans et nous ne collectons pas sciemment leurs données.
Les transmissions vers Firebase / AdMob sont chiffrées (HTTPS). Vos enregistrements restent dans le stockage de votre appareil.
Nous pouvons mettre à jour cette politique. La date en tête indique la dernière version en vigueur.

Last updated: June 26, 2026This policy explains how the Dashk app ("the App"), published by ZAMOURI Adam ("we", "us"), handles your data when you use the App.
Dashk is a dashcam app. Video recording (with audio) and GPS location are used solely to produce and timestamp your trip clips. All video, audio, and location recordings are stored locally on your device (app internal storage, then Movies/DashCamPhone/ gallery). We do not transfer, access, or store them on our servers.

Recording never starts without your knowledge: it is launched by you (button in the app, voice command) or, in auto-detection mode, only after you tap an explicit notification. A persistent notification is displayed for the entire duration of any recording session.
The App can be used without creating an account. You may, however, choose to sign in with your Google account (optional sign-in), mainly to link your Premium entitlement to your account. The data that leaves your device is the following:
a) Feedback (if you submit one)
When you use the feedback feature, we send to Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore): your message text, your device model, your Android version, the App version, and the submission date. This data is used to fix bugs and improve the App.
b) Usage analytics
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure usage (screens viewed, technical events, app/device identifiers). This data is aggregated and used to improve the App.
c) Advertising
The App displays ads via Google AdMob, which may process your advertising ID and technical data to serve ads.

d) Premium purchase
All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information. The validity of your purchase is verified through Google Play at the time of purchase in order to unlock Premium features.
e) Google sign-in (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we process via Firebase Authentication: your Google email address, your account name, your Google account identifier (Firebase UID), and the Premium status linked to your account. This sign-in is optional; it is only used to identify your account and link your Premium entitlement to it.
We do not sell your data. It is only shared with the technical processors listed above (Google Firebase, Firebase Authentication, Google AdMob, Google Play / purchase verification) for the stated purposes, and with authorities if required by law.
Under the GDPR and applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at dashk.contact@gmail.com. You can also reset or disable your advertising ID in your Android settings.
In particular, you can obtain the deletion of your account and the associated data (email, name, account identifier, Premium status) in two ways: directly from within the App, or by requesting it via email at dashk.contact@gmail.com (we then proceed with the deletion after verifying your request).
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Transmissions to Firebase / AdMob are encrypted (HTTPS). Your recordings remain in your device's storage.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates the current version.
